Whispers, secrets, lies, all have been surfacing and being thrown around but now the truth is out. Finally the Air Jordan 1 "Banned" is going to be released on June 1st. However, it is going to be massively released at special launch events at Factory locations like Woodbury Commons. I would recommend calling your local Factory Outlet once with all your questions because by now they are probably getting a little fed up with all the phone calls in for these kicks. According to our sources though these have been already put on the shelves at outlet locations in Chicago and in Oregon.
Check them out below and let us know what you think.

In April JB gave us the Taxi 12's quickstrike which sold out in the states even though it is still sitting around on Nikestore UK, just like the Lebron entourages, and christmas Stoplight pack edition. But this month Jordan Brand is giving us the Black Patent low 12's to quench our Jordan thirst. Check it out below and let us know what you think. Set to release May 28th.
Reebok is planning on releasing more of "The Kamikaze" which is a collaboration between them and Hip-Hop superstar Swizz Beatz this coming June. The first pair being released is the Grey tonal upper with red and the Reebok hexalite. the second and third pair are black/orange and grey/green. The grey and green will hit retailers on June 10th in select cities including new York and Boston. Stick with us for more locations closer to the release.
Coming at you in a trifecta of M574's is the Tropical fruit pack that has one predominantly red, one orange and then one with a little green. All three are hot and definitely ready for the summer. Check out all three below and once we get some info on the release we will post it. One of the unique features of each of these shoes are the imprints in the leather on the heel.
Whispers have been going around about what Nike would do in regards to the next Lunarglide and what its going to look like. The new edition includes a modern slimmer heel clip, with a full underfoot midfoot strap that gives a highlight through the mesh of the shoe. Check it out below and in the video preview. We recently checked out images of the "Sprite" Lebron 8 V2 Lows and now we see some images of the solar red edition. Really hot color-way similar to the mango and peach editions of the Nike 360 BB low that was just released. Look out for a summer release for these kicks along with the Sprites. Look at the images below.
In the left corner we have the adizero crazy light weighing in at a mere 9.8 ounces and in the right we have the hyperfuse by Nike. The hyperfuse has a better look to it and feels amazing. Who knows, our mind might be swayed once we try on the crazy light. Check out the images below.
Sometimes the brighter the shoe like the "Wet Floor" dunks, the better. But sometimes, its the more complicated the shoe the better, like the SB Libertys. In this case, it is simple, yet complex. Using dark tones and some red with different textured materials, these SB dunks designed by Brooklyn Projects is inspired by one of the best metal bands ever. Were more Hip-hop here at DRIPT but think it was great inspiration. Only 148 pairs will hit the store itself while 814 were produced total, do you think you will get your hands on them? Check them out below.
Ever wonder what could be done with hyperfuse technology? Well now you have your answer, almost anything. Nike just released images of the the new Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, which is supposedly going to be released in Fall 2011. The pair we show below features grey and blue upper but so far there is a pink and grey edition also surfacing on the web. Once we get the opportunity to try on the classic and the new at the same time, we will let you know.
What do you think? After the release of the electric green foam pros people have been waiting for the next and as pictures get release from whats on Wale's feet like the dark pine color-way sneaker heads are going crazy. So far there is no release date set for the Retro color-way of the foam pros but keep a look out and stick with DRIPT for more information.
