Nike Pegasus 28+

If we could give you one piece of advice for the future, sunscreen would be it, and to buy the new Pegasus 28+ from Nike which is one fantastic entry level running shoe with the classic supreme cushioning the Pegasus is known by and increased support with the addition of fly-wire on the medial and lateral panels instead of the TPU that was on the 27.

Were going to give you a quick review of the 28 so you will be able to purchase with knowledge.  Just like its predecessor this one offers stability for runners with a gait of mild underpronation to mild overpronation and perfect for those neutral runners.  In addition to that it has supreme cushioning that happens to be responsive but only in the heal using a Zoom Air unit, which will give you that extra kick when running.  In addition to these benefits it only weighs approximately 11 ounces for a size 9 and also the crash pad is segmented using BRS 1000 rubber just like the 27 but it is segmented to absorb more shock.

The inner of the 28 uses a bootie, but not the same as the Foamposite, it still has a tongue but it is a snug fit without the single piece and then has a heel cup that wraps your heel to keep the shoe from slipping with a sockliner that molds to your foot.

The support the shoe offers in the new version is the flywire wrapping around the upper in specific locations for ultimate lightweight support, keeping your foot strapped down to the base of the shoe.

Some of the same features that are the same on the 27 and 28 but slightly enhanced would be the large mesh upper for breathability, the waffle patterned outsole and the the 3M reflective materials placed on the shoes.  Here in the 28 however they increased the placement allowing for better visibility in low light settings.

Our favorite color is featured below, let us know what you think and maybe cop a pair off Nike.com.
